LAV, White & Blue Scone Mix
Lavender, Ghirardelli White Chocolate chips & Dried Blueberries. Yields 12 scones. You can bet the whole family will love them. You will be hooked!
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine mix, white chocolate, blueberries & dried lavender. Before adding water stir dry ingredients with a fork well. On a cutting board, sprinkle out some of your dry mix. A couple spoon’s will work perfectly. Make a well in your dried ingredients in large bowl, then add your water and stir gently. Do not use milk, your scones will become too dense. After your dough starts to form move from bowl to cutting board and knead 8-10 times. Separate into 2 even rounds. Press each round down to ¾” thickness. Using a knife cut rounds into 6 even sections. Grease a medium size baking sheet and place your 12 scones. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
