1 unbaked 10″ pie shell
1/3 cup soft butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped Pecans
1 1/2 tsp culinary Lavender (ground in coffee grinder)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Perforate crust & bake 5 min.@ 425
Combine butter, sugar, lavender & pecans, and spread over bottom of crust & bake for 5 min. longer.
Pour pumpkin pie filling into crust and bake 45 min.
